According to yesterday's ann., Torque is expected to list either late this year or early next year. The end of the ann stated the following...

"Torque Mining Ltd raised $1.05 million in Seed Capital in July to fund exploration on its highly prospective Tasmanian gold and base metal deposits/prospects and an IPO on the ASX late in 2012 or early 2013."
