They would have extensive contacts and systems in place to fast track this developement. It's definitely a win win for both camps.

Torque/ FNT derisks a potentially messy but very lucrative part of operations but keeping all the potential exploration upside to itself. What I find very compelling is the indicated time frame of processing next year. If it happens it seem that Torque will mostly be able to self fund itself. Seems like Tassie isn't the dead duck everyone seems to think.

I particularly like the POG clause set at $1700.00 / ounce.

If this works well with BCD, there may be future synergies coming with Narrawa or any other deposits Torque finds.
