So aren't shareholders stake holders with decisions like this? Why don't
shareholders get a say in decisions like this that are going to cost us dearly? Why was this decision not discussed before or at the last AGM.
Shareholders are having wool pulled over their eyes and are getting totally screwed over so the billionaire can trash the company and buy it cheaply and then turn it around to make a fortune at the loss of small share holders.
Shareholders need to clear the board at the next AGM and make sure that 10% share holders only get a 10% say in the decision making.
