I am not sure why you think ARE are to blame. They aren't the project leads anymore since AIS took over about 6 months ago. They don't get to write the announcements, that is AIS's job.
Anyway thank you panic merchant that filled my 1.3c bid. Really has the project lost 25% of its value because of a few weeks delay due to hit water and sand?
