"patience will be rewarded" is hardly a ramp. it's a strategy... whether it's a smart one is a different debate entirely... but it's hardly a ramp.
also, patience is a long game... it doesn't get rewarded along the way... so the 2.2c from recently to 1.4c today is irrelevant to patience being rewarded in the long run. is santos' strategy is 2 years... i'd suggest you compare his post today to May 2021.
