I much prefer AIS take on the situation. Aftre reading the announcement one cannot say that thery're aren't on top of the drilling campaign.
Yes it sounds more like ARE has spat the dummy.
Nothing wrong with sitting back and deciding how best to attack the situation. No point burning money for the sake of it.
