Your point is noted. You need to go back a little and think that AIS management is very clever. AIS didn't spend a penny on Torrens exploration.
AIS raised capital to pay for Torrens drilling and to pay for it debt. So, with one stroke, AIS achieved two things; one Torrens drilling and another reduced debt by 30 million USD.
Whether you like it or not, ARE and shares holders have been the ultimate looser. AIS shares dropped from 31.5 c ( before CR) to 6.3c and ARE lost capital and will have to raise again if it decides to re-drill.
AIS has another debt sword hanging on its head. It would not go back to Torrens until it pays-off all its debt and makes enough cash to go for another round of drilling in Torrens.
So, AIS and ARE share holders will have to wait much longer. AIS share price range 5 to 6 c is a new normal that reflects its current circumstances and reality. More so, all of us would have to contend with it soon or later.
