Er OK - after reading that the conclusions seems to be that the geophysical anomalies are more subtle than expected, is that because they're so deep or is it that they aren't really anomalies at all or they are so close to background levels that they aren't really anomalies?

Still interesting and most obvious to me is that no-one has drill tested a pure gravity target yet (the pale green blobs), everyone has been hung up on co-incident EM and gravity targets, and some of them have been tested, all pretty "meh" results so far. Would only take a few holes to test the green blobs (shallow gravity targets) and if they are a success, then it means that gravity is the better targetting method, and if failures, probably time to walk away wouldn't you say?

Anyway - Torrens isn't crucial to the success or failures of AIS, the mining operations in NSW and copper prices are the real drivers as far as AIS is concerned.
