In the end, at some point Torrens would be sold off to someone to mine, or AIS would have wanted to take over to add it to their portfolio as a producer.

In my mind, them taking over early, means they are more likely to focus on production and early as possible, if they find anything, meaning its more valuable to them than ARE and potentially any one else wanting to buy it would need to offer more.

It is an interesting turn of events especially with Owler putting more on the line personally recently. But maybe that was why. Put his neck out, because he saw it being a better bet this way.

Regardless, Money is all in from both ends and an experienced miner is going to be in control now. Plus its now definitely happening and soon. All good things really. Exposure is the same, outcome may be even better if it goes well when exploring, which could start any time now.
