My main takeaway from that announcement is that ARE are now free to apply for a licence/permission to commence exploration activity.
The SA government is under the pump big time to generate economic activity in our little state, so it'd be pretty surprising if the go-ahead is not given.
If we strike a decent find, the momentum generated will override all of this appeal crap and we'll be off.
