how do you think can ARE get rid of AIS? BUY THEIR 70% OUT??? how do you think they can get their hands on such money?

the problem is not the ARE - AIS JV, the problem is the rule of this land and the bureaucracy and red tape we have got into nowadays... 6 years to decide a case and that too can now be challenged and not sure when and what outcome we will get out of this....

and the opportunities lost in developing a community that can take advantage of something that can be found underground....

well, I am all for native rights and how we have to be respectful to this culture... but a judge has found this to be baseless AFTER 6 years of investigations... time to move on, isn't it?
