Where is the dividend?

You’ve closed down every project this hugely successful and proven company was doing and building, like talk about going backwards, fired everyone, and so have nothing to do, except IMO a senseless name change in the works. The ATO result has been in for ages, and the documentation could have been drafted while that was being waited on, so where is the dividend, where are the results that were promised to shareholders in order to secure the change of management?
