The main significance of this US government funding is it buys management and the board ~2 more months to bed down the IBM/VET deal. A cap raise is imminent whichever way you look at it, but it will be significantly less dilutive if they can nail this contract beforehand. The market doesn’t seem to think they will get there in time but we will find out soon enough.
Poidevon will no doubt have his old shop Bells lined up and ready when the time comes.
