Agreed, this is a fantastic win. Not only does it provide a substantial runway for the business, but there is a perpetual ongoing $350k annual payment.
If TotalBrain can keep land a few of these contracts/partnerships as well as IBM then we'll be laughing IMO.
TTB has the option of acquiring up to 50% of the direct to consumer business too. Could be another revenue stream in the future
