    Yes like i said when the placement was being talked about... happens every-time ... the insiders get cheap extra shares pre major ann. they know will be released in days ...they dump existing shares take the easy money ... then sit on placement shares till next raise then rinse and repeat ... I need to pull finger and get my 708 ... as being a S/H doesn't get you in the door to these easy money placements ...all about looking after funding mates so you can access funds quick..
