    gas prices in southern africa are at a premium due to shortages, someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think they're currently about USD 8mscf - but gas prices fluctuate. Avg in US in 2022 was about 8 but big differences month to month because of winter. But there's not the same consistency as with oil prices because of the lack of mobility.

    southern africa might actually have been usd10mscf when i looked into but again, don't quote me and it's really hard data to find
