BPT are paying $5.71 CASH per boe for WGO. These are proved reserves, rather than a prospective resource. IVZ will have to spend a few $100 million to prove up the reserves, but I am sure there will be eager parties wanting to fund this work.
If you do the calculations on what IVZ may have in the ground, the numbers are staggering.
