Very valid point. In terms of a good swing trade based largely on nearology, I think you've done well. A few hurdles further for little PCL to navigate - particularly now that venus & graff are out-of-the-bag....and there are big players, with big money, and big influence; who could sway future permitting/licensing outcomes. On flipside, PCL has had presence in the region for a very long time, with good connections, & has done everyone right so far. haha...but don't get me wrong, i'm sweating bullets, and loving every moment of it!
