I don't want to buy here as I have multiple times ADV already. I don't want to sell as I too think this is trading at a fraction of it's true value (I'm expecting $3).

Anyone who has worked in capital raising knows from experience what a slow process it can be, especially when markets go into a 'risk off' mode as we have seen for the last 5 weeks.

Financing will get completed - it's just never a quick and easy path.
