Happy to hear your reasoning but I don't see how whether shareholders are in or outside UK makes much difference? Everyone gets the same takeover price if it's approved, so it's just a question of whether you think the offer is good, fair or bad value.
Personally I think it's a lowball bid, but given the board is endorsing the deal I assume that means it will get done unless some big instos line up against it.
