    I echo the sentiments posted. We as owners should be allowed to know in saying that is it possible the other company wanted to remain anon?

    It is obvious that TCH is undervalued due to this kind of offer being put out.

    I agree a counter offer could be in the works. It bodes well for us either way though I agree that TCH holders if the merger continue in its current form get the raw end of the stick.
