FYI - after this Higgins last option appears to be the Supreme Court of Canada as follows:

Based on my laymans reading this means after the September hearing Higgins may need to resort to standing in front of excavators. Although admittedly Christmas tree production could be of national if not international importance.
I'm off to apply for a Nova Scotian excavator driving licence (the type that allows for braking being optional).
