Thanks cat. I read about the Supreme Court awhile ago looks like I got the names mixed up calling it the high court. I don't think the court will hear the case. But even if they don't after this appeal he has 60 days to file the appeal. And I would bet this means business days so let's call it 3 months. The court won't decide if they are going to hear the case or not for 3 months from what I can remember. Just google the time frames if you want to see. If the court decides they will hear the case it will prob be another 6 months from that. Anyway glta.
