I can't see any issue with ABM appealing. What are you worried about? Its a democracy, letting them have their say in response. APAC exercised their right to appeal and you said great, thank you for appealing. Now its ABM's turn to appeal, what's the difference? They have every right to appeal. Perhaps the company's viability is on the line. I don't know if it is or it isn't. Maybe its in our best interest for ABM to put their case. Obviously there were issues with the RI. Let them explain. May be we will all learn something in the process.That's fair isn't it? We have been screaming for information about this, well let them put it to the Panel.
