APAC didn't appeal...they called the cops.
ABM/PRC...democracy?? Oh boy. I don't think that's what they are aiming for here.
The T/O panel is releasing their notes on the case no matter what.
BL appealing delays ABM getting a new deal for someone else. Keeping the SP down.
If we had a 10-15 cents SP we'd have easier access to funding at better rates (ie. not 200M shares at 4 cents and giving control to 1 shareholder.)
I'm very interested and a bit concerned. How many ABM shareholders actually think PRC and BL haven't did anything wrong and are JUST trying to help ABM?
If you think this is the case...like paddyboys post.
(If everyone thinks this then I won't post anymore and waste anyone's time. Not having a go at you Paddy...just really concerned that everyone thinks BL is looking after us and NOT taking orders from PRC.)
