Am afraid i agree with billyen, it's within ABUs/PCRs right to appeal, but for me it demonstrates how desperate they are to retain control. From my point of view this was never about Old Pirate & Golden Hind becoming a success they have without doubt run this company into the ground , this was about control of the land in Australia's last virgin mineral frontier. They will fight tooth & nail to retain their power over the Tanami & us ordinary holders will be in the end considered collateral damage. Well me for one will not let that happen. I don't want to be an agitator or a mongrel, but if it comes to the crunch then the individuals in this current battle havn't seen anything yet. Am a good friend, but please don't make me your enemy & sadly that's the way it's going. BOD do your job & represent all holders without the power plays & politics, but for you guys somehow i think it's to late. One way or another you have already shown your hands.
