@rustic area managers, if only it was that easy Rustic. I have never noticed contact details for area managers displayed in centres. In my opinion, challenged centre supervisors work very hard to ensure minimum contact between the area managers and staff/parents. Some centres have had numerous area managers in the past eighteen months which makes it hard for bonds of trust and professional respect to be developed.


@Shut the G8 no I have no affiliation with any of the corporates. I'm far too opinionated for them! The ghost of ABC is always there in the background, especially when corporates embark on rapid accumulation. Hopefully, we never witness anything like that again.


If the delivery of care in the centre is right, everything else takes care of itself. I am actually surprised that the board members at AFJ with experience in childcare didn't jump on the occupancy issue sooner. Eternal Echoes, **rielle Giufres previous company had some very knowledgable staff, they are unknown to staff in other states and the company would have benefitted from their spot checking and reporting on centres other than those in Queensland.

So where would Anchorage or G8 start if a takeover is successful? Certainly a huge task but plenty of potential and rewards for those not afraid of making tough decisions.
