The takeover panel would have done us all a favour if they asked why Twiggy had built a 20% share of Atlas but not made a bid. They should have asked him of his intentions. It is in everyones interests that Twiggy tells us of his intentions and surprised the takeover panel didn't question him as Gina's intention always seemed clear to me.
