Now, why would MIN publish that TOV announcement, and not the mob who've fired in the protest to the t'over panel, FMG?
The bid's withdrawn, acknowledged as such by Atlas, and Atlas have recommended the Rinehart bid.
And, MIN aren't mentioned in the "TOV" announcement.
Just a little intrigued.
However, what Twiggy's basing his protest on does look consistent with what I suggested might be motivating Rinehart and Twiggy i.e. the Redstone bid didn't look like a bid to takeover Atlas to run it, more like a bid to shut it down (to protect Rinehart's higher margin ore, from more lower grade production).
In Twiggy's case, it looked like he might stay in to block Rinehart.
In summary, Rinehart looking to "frustrate' Atlas and its holders, and Twiggy looking to "frustrate" Rinehart.
Anyways, might hop over to the AGO forum, and start counting up the fallen crests.
Cos this move by Twiggy sure ain't gonna quicken up any resolution!
