    So where will NSE sit in all of this? Should DLS then make a take over offer for NSE? I cannot get my head around who will be the operator of pel 570 because if NSE comes up with the money to proceed they actually have more than 50%. Is this correct? Or will MHR take out NSE? I am a bit lost!! ( but did good on akk)
