At the end of the day though there is one fact that we can't ignore - Al Tasnim (ATI) obviously know far far more than even what the four of us found out at the Takeovers Panel - and pretty clearly by electing to be the sub-underwriter they were very happy to spend more money to increase their investment... that should tell us something...

If the share price is pushed high enough that they can't get control through being (sub)underwriter - then they might be forced into making a takeover offer to get what they obviously want...
