    2-3 years to repay $100m sounds very quick for 51% of a company valued at circa $25M. That would mean by your calculations we are on a PE of about 1. And sure they should have raised higher but relating this to repaying a debt multiples of their market cap (and for which they are not directly responsible), seems silly.
