    It relates to Kunteng trying to stop BFC using the current capital raising to stack the voting at the AGM.

    It forced BFC to defer the closure date of the capital raising until after the AGM.
    All rendered superfluous by BFC directors managing to rustle up enough support to defeat the proposals put up by Kunteng.
