It's positive that Kunteng have called it for what it is - nothing more than Sexton and co wanting to issue as many shares as possible to their cronies to change the outcome of the voting at the AGM. Beston's conduct is an absolute disgrace and if this was a high profile company can you imagine the outrage and intervention by ASIC - it would be stopped immediately.

Sexton rewrites history with every AGM and press release to make it look like the Board made a deliberate strategic decision to become almost exclusively an Australian Dairy Manufacturer when in reality everything else fell over including the China business. Paris Creek got rid of them as soon as possible once they realised it was all spin and no substance - the rest of the investee companies never made money to start with and couldn't afford to buy Beston back out. This Board has been a disaster and must go.
