Glad to see that common sense has prevailed at TOV. Well done to our new board of directors for this excellent result.
Will be very interesting to see what happens over the next 10 days.
Not to be a pessimist but I don't think it will be as easy as it sounds. I think JBL will pull out every excuse not to comply with the order - that's assuming that they are even capable of complying with the order.
Either way, I think we're one step closer to seeing an end to this farce. Thanks again to our new board of directors for all the hard work they've put in.
