It seems amazing that people dont seem to realise that the biggest delay is always waiting for ASIC to proceed against directors and that to prove cases and claims you have to await these findings. The biggest problem I have personally experienced is that ASIC seems to only take on high profile cases. In addition you have to have money left in the company so that you can pursue the parties you see as causing harm.
Many forget that at the time of the 249 vote shareholders wanted the new directors to pursue the parties who had taken the decisions that that had harmed the budiness. Had this gone on then nothing would have been left in the company so as to pursue anything.
I used to hold but sold because I wanted to redeploy cash.
