Good question. I don't think so. Looking at their recent NSX announcements, this type of thing looks to be the company's primary business activity: scouting for vulnerable companies and then liquidating them.
Simple solution though for DWY: If you're not happy with the way BHD is being run, sell your shares! The company's not suspended. You can just sell and walk away!
