How come this circumvention is allowed. Surely if you circumvent something and do what on the face of it is a related party transaction someone should be held accountable and someone should be facing court. I cannot believe that you are ordered to pay something back do so and immediately allowed to move those funds in another related party transaction or am I missing something?
When I read these events I start getting very wary of investing in small financial operators...
