Ann: TOV: BHD Variation of Orders, page-3

I believe this is fine.
BHD has requested a stay of the orders to allow the third party who is making payments to BHD (as previously announced) representing the King's Currency Banknotes to make those payments according to the agreed schedule. BHD has already received $1M. Two more scheduled payments are due.
Should the payments not be made then BHD would apply to have the stay lifted.
If/When we do receive all payments then those stayed orders would have effectively been satisfied for BHD.
