Who at ASIC would you complain to about ASIC itself? You can try lodging a complaint to the Commonwealth Ombudsman but they only look at whether ASIC has done the administrative side correctly ie replying to emails with the generic reply etc. they don’t look at whether ASIC has actually bothered investigating
