A shame, but... not at all surprised that a Chinese entity does not want to let go of a gold asset....
Hopefully the court quickly quashes this and EMR can get on with acquiring and quickly developing the asset.
I do wonder if EMR would be bold enough to undertake another acquisition whilst this is ongoing.
