The legal bar of proof is pretty high. I think this is merely a strategy of flinging a bunch of poo and discover what, if anything, sticks. This stinks of petty desperation because they figure the pot isn't sweet enough. This is where EMR's legal eagles are going to earn their pay and get this out of the way.
