Seems it was the BE directors who begged Xinhe to buy shares. According to Xinhe's advice to Bulls Eye holders:
"Xinhe is the second largest shareholder in Bullseye. It has been a
long-time supporter of Bullseye and invested substantial capital in
Bullseye at the request of the Bullseye Directors at a time when
Bullseyewas most in need of the capital."
Seems it was the BE directors who begged Xinhe to buy shares....
