Xinhe can write all the assumptions they like when it comes to assumed support of Bullseye. The simple indisputable fact is that they have spent the last 4 plus years systematically trying to hobble and destroy Bullseye, so they could then scoop it up. The court proceedings have very clearly highlighted this, in particular the web of lies and deception they have now been caught out on.
Bullseyes biggest regret would be that ever approached these guys in the first place.
They simply have zero regard for the other shareholders, in particular the Australian ones, hence their absolute distain for these guys.
