With no disclosure of Ms Mullans situation, would they go ahead with their agenda to sack the existing board and re-enstate Ms Mullan as a director?
If not they may possibly drop their takeover bid.
They must give notification of the status of their defeating conditions today.
Otherwise they have to extend the closing date again.
With some luck the gasping fish might die.
