Dear Palm Frond,
Mr. Desmond Mullan is the father of former Bullzeye director Ms. Dariena Mullan. From the TP's announcement, in part it seems that he claims that the settlement of the various court proceedings, and the issuing of Bullzeye shares to Xingao as part of the settlement, amounts to a collateral benefit not received by the other minority shareholders. Basically, that is, they are being preferentially treated.
The TP may or may decline to conduct proceedings in relation to the application depending on whether it considers there are reasonable prospects it would make a declaration of unacceptable circumstances.
