The takeover panel surely must come out with their determination shortly. In spring 2022, it was just about 5 weeks between receiving the initial application, and determining there were unacceptable circumstances and requiring among other things, for EMR to offer withdrawal rights to those that had accepted their takeover offer.
We are now 5.5 weeks since the initial application on the 21st Aug.
The takeover panel surely must come out with their determination...
