I think it's only a matter of time before this is over, however should by some rare outcome things go against EMR resulting in them not being allowed to force those named to honour their letter of intent to sell, then it might be welcomed by those shareholders. The litigation will be resolved AND they get to keep their bullzeye shares including the millions they got as part of the settlement. Although not legally binding it looks from the outside that the settlement/letters of intent was a quid pro quo thing, and if they can get the "quid" whilst an outside body prevents them from doing the "pro" they might well be happy. People are only on a particular side right up to when they no longer are
More likely an extension to the offer until the TOP comes to a determination.
