If they had an ace up their sleeve would they be bothering with this? you’d think not.

I think the board are happy enough with $1, why wouldn’t they be they’ve all got millions of shares a lot of which they got for nothing, this is lip service to us shareholders now.

They’ve got themselves into an impossible situation, they can’t turn around now and pull out of the Shandong deal and start looking at financing options etc. (which is probably what most SH’s want) so they’re stuck here trying to be seen to be doing something, knowing that most people aren’t happy with the terms they accepted.

If Shandong were refusing to enter the race without their deal then I’m not sure what they could’ve done differently to be honest. I can see them all exiting at the first opportunity they get.
