I feel someone like Sampson (perhaps working with others) could mount a bid at say 1.01, knowing that they have a guaranteed upside to their existing shareholding. It is a no brainer that they should do that.
Nord might challenge it as non-genuine bid, but the reality is that Sampson should be able to get the funding needed, as there is a guaranteed sale price at 1.05
